I would like to say great job CBJ and Co.

Who do you guys think are going to be the game changers, and how many and what players will most likely start right away?

He put up and got it done. The amazing thing about today is no big surprises. Indicating he had great relationships going in. Gotta love it.

Blair, Weatherd, and Pearson will play early. Hurd and TK2 will probably see early pt as well, but hey, what do I know?

My thoughts exactly. You always go into NSD holding your breath - and as a Vols fan, wondering how many times you're going to be disappointed - but today was amazing. A solid effort in recruiting from start to finish, and it would appear that 2015 should be just as good if not better!

This one recruiting class brings in more highly rated recruits than all of Dooley's classes combined. I would say we will see a great many players contribute right away especially with as many EE as we had this year. Today is the turning point for this program.

I think it is more appropriate to thank CBJ and staff and offer congratulations to the newest VFLs. They each chose a great school with a rich tradition. I trust that they will do their part in returning the glory.

Like the quote from the TV program A Team: "I love it when a plan comes together!" Butch and company are the men with the plan and the all the new VFLs are an integral part of the plan -- rounding out the foundation. The foundation for the plan is coming together -- and we all know what that plan is -- but it definitely made another big step today. First the guys from 2013, the awesome 2014 Early Enrollees and now the stellar group on NSD 2014!

Everyone needs to keep in mind signing high school talent is only the start. Now Coach Jones and staff have to earn their money turning these kids into SEC caliber football players.......but man o' man what a great start!

Which I have full confidence in them doing. They did a great job with last year's freshman class.

Att AD Dept.: Take what you saved by firing Skeeter and pay this recruiting beast. Seriously though, what part of the year do raised go out? Not saying the whole staffs earned one yet but Thig has. What individual recruited better in the country this year?

Scott will play early, you can bank on that.

Possibly....but people need not forget that we also have Justus Pickett who will get some valuable carries, and Alden Hill had some moments last year. I could see Lane, Hurd, Hill, Pickett, getting some carries....nearly 100% sure that Paulk redshirts, and not sure about Scott. Great back, but I could see him redshirting just as easily as I can him playing.

Remember, we're attaining depth now...haven't had it in a while. That means that there is a possibility to some players who are talented may not exactly step on the field right that very second. I think it depends on if Hill is retained (in order to take 35, we're going to have to make some cuts), and if Pickett is worth his salt as to whether Scott plays. But if he's THAT good, then you won't be able to keep him off the field.

I haven't felt this good about the Vols since about the middle part of Fulmer's tenure. Man.....Kiffin and the Dooley years were awful. I am so proud of Coach Jones and staff!
