Cooking out?

I figured since it was a holiday weekend a lot of us would be cooking out for the game, and I was curious as to what other folks had planned.

I'm going to be putting a 10 pound brisket on around midnight tonight so I'll have time for burnt ends by the time the game rolls around. There's gonna be a lot of folks coming over, so I'm doing some wings too. Also going to make some lamb/venison burgers, grilled corn salad, quick pickled vegetables and real on the grill baked beans.

Lots of different craft beer and Irish whiskey apple sours for the social lubrication...

So what are you doing?

I normally grill ribeyes, but we'll be gone tomorrow. Still get to watch football though.

Wouldn't be such a big deal here except we have like three families coming over tomorrow. But that's cool. The women and kids go swimming, the guys get to watch the game, and I get an excuse to sit on the porch and drink beer all night.
