Fred is an absolutely incredible guy. Was my HS safety coach and helped me understand the game at a level I never had appreciated before. Really great at connecting and teaching, even after and outside of football. He’s a man who has been through a lot and always handled everything, highs and lows, with absolute class. Can’t speak highly enough of him or his impact on my life. Go Big Orange!

I met Fred through my work and he was a class act. Loved getting to see his perspective on football. He had a great story about meeting the Olympic basketball Dream Team in a club. Funny seeing someone star struck when you are star struck talking to them.
