I bet he is a top 10 pick. He makes SEC defenders look like high schoolers. His combination of vision, patience, acceleration, speed, size, angles, and motor are unparalleled outside of the NFL. We should not ask him to come back we should be asking him to proudly represent UT in the NFL. Although if he came back I would be thrilled.

My Knoxville source said he packed up and left town this week. Anyone heard?

Any one see him at Whiskey Dix this week?

I sure wish my titans would grab him

I love love love me some CP, but I can assure a reciever who doesnt understand how to run a route wont be a top 25 pick, and I would be shocked if he's even drafted in the first round. Top 10? insane bro. Mid second is a realistic goal for him

I thought UT players were supposed to be college kids, not minor league NFLers. Some of us claim we need to lower our admission/eligibility standards while others clamor for a kid who allegedly has no interest in school to stay????? Yet one more reason that others are amused by UT fans.

I assume he'll be invited to the combine and if so will likely blow it up.

Despite not running routes well he has crazy talent. Routes can be taught.

I bet he goes first round. If not sombody us getting a real bargain.

Widely known fact.... That's why he went JUCO. Barely passed high school.

Yeah, it's a widely known fact exactly what his grades are. I've seen his transcript online.

The truth is, while there's much speculation about what his grades will be, no one really knows. For all anyone on this board knows, he could've taken give Badminton classes.

Grades aren't even due yet and he has 2 semesters + a miniterm to bring them up if they come back bad. Anyone saying they have info about his grades at this point is just lying.

well whoever has a class with him should have invited him to a study group. And every player that knows he has to maintain a certain GPA should have the common sense to spot a smart student in each class he might have trouble with, or ask his coach to find him a tutor.

Ha. Did you forget he isn't a baseball, soccer, golf, tennis, rowing, swimming/diving, cross country, volleyball athlete?

I can't believe the naive people on this board. UT PROVIDES TUTORS and i guarentee that Chaney has known exactly what his grades were but CP quit going to classes caus he is going pro. BOOM!

we got Wright in the 1st round last year... no way they take Patterson in the 1st round, even though I REALLY want him on the Titans. :cray:

I may be wrong but IMO he should stay his routes are not that good and in the nfl his vision and other tools will help but all that dancing won't work in the nfl if he can't get the ball
