Could the Titans get Larry Johnson?

Seems that way, our new GM has done pretty badly so far. The article barley mentions it, so it's not like the hot new rumor.

No way we pay him. Plus he has had two straight seasons of over 400 carries.

I would trade up and get Adrian Petersen before wasting time on LJ.

And give the Titans and the GM a few years guys. He is pretty smart. But this season is probably lost.

Yeah, it will probably turn out ok. I'm just impatient and want instant success. I know Fisher is one of the top coaches, but we've been unable to surround him with the players to win. Just when we start to make progress, we take a big step back in the offseason.

Brandon Jones will be a #1 eventually. This year will help him alot.

Lendale is a ok back but he needs help.

Vy is VY.

I think we will load up on our D line in the draft. Corners too. I think the GM wants to build like the Pats have. Use the draft and piece it together one by one. They will be ok.

Yeah, for everyone that wants us to get a receiver in the first round we have Brandon Jones who is going to be good and David Givens who is a good receiver as well. I think this year they should load up on defense and by 2008 they should be set on both sides of the ball.

I think they would prefer to pair Lendale with a veteran as opposed to pairing him with a rookie.....that would be a very green backfield. If they can't get Turner or Johnson it still would not surprise me to see them take a RB at 19.

David Givens is a solid player, but he'll never be a #1 WR. Brandon Jones is a good young WR but like Givens, I just don't see him ever being a true #1 WR.

Apparently the Titans picked up a player through trade....Mike Williams. All of these possible players to land via FA or trade and we land this turd.
