Has he officially announced his decision to go pro or is it just speculation? I can see why one would assume he's going pro, as his skills and potential are incapable of being ignored. But is it official?

I keep hearing folks hammer CP on his grades - like he just can't get eligible. Give the guy a break. If he is truly interested in staying I for one have confidence he can make the grades he needs. He wouldn't be the first person to elect to return for his senior season and it really would not surprise me. Nice he has options.

As far as rumor's go, the one about Patterson being dumb or not going to class seems to be about as factually based as all of the Gruden rumors. We just seem to repeat stuff until we all accept it as true.

Is it possible that Patterson is lacking skills in the classroom? Sure. Let's just not speculate on baseless speculation.

I hope he comes back, but I doubt he would even if he was a straight A student. I don't think I would if I was in his shoes, and that is what I base my opinion on.
