Anyone have this? Its rated as one of the best travel cards but wanted to see what an actual user had to say about it.

thanks Bill. Yes, the comments are a bit helpful. By what I read I think I'll pass.

I was looking to solve a small problem and thought it might help. I have to pay for my childs tuition for next year coming up and my options are all in full, by semester, or monthly. Monthly or semester requires a automatic withdraw from your account on a set date - I HATE automatic withdraws. IMO it says the payment to you is more important that me buying a quart of milk for my child in the worse case scenerio. If you pay in full, though, you can pay cash, check, or credit card. Since I do travel some I thought I'd find something where I could put the full amount on the card then have a bill sent monthly and pay when I'm ready so it avoids the automatic withdraw as well as earn some miles for free travel. The Barclays card had 0% APR for the first year, which would be fantastic, and no annual fee. With their sign on bonus I was estimating I could get about 60k-70k miles or about $600-$700 of travel. That is if they let me put the entire amount on right out of the shoot. I would have to cancel the card next year and not use it for the same purpose since the APR shoots up to about 15-18% so its not worth it.

What I didnt factor was that if I went CC for the amount I would also be charged a percentage of amount for a fee so the net would be about $260-360 in travel. Eh. Not so much worth it. Then reading the comments it sounds like there's some fine print that could whittle it down too. Lots of negative comments about the card too so I think I'll pass.
