May be a typical outlook on the situation, but I really do think that Auburn's fate from the ongoing investigation will decide Wright's choice. Obviously its UT/Barn, but I think the Barn has the edge right now; 40%/60% IMO.
I think that the transfer rule was in effect for upperclassmen who would be effected by the bowl ban. IDK what they would do if Auburn was punished with a longer postseason ban. You also have to figure in if they have several players effected by improprieties those players wouldn't be eligible to transfer or play.We should also consider that if the Barn gets hit hard with sanctions (i.e Post-Season ban), even if it is after NSD, the 'AA will probably invoke the same rule that allowed us to get Malik Jackson from USuCk. I'm not sure ifit applies to newly inked recruits though.
Anybody with insight into this?

Anyone have any clue what our chances are of landing this combo? Wright commented that they may go to the same place. Do we have any connection to Carver HS that we are working?
I know Auburn is in the lead, but Auburn may be looking less and less desirable.
Some people "in the know" think Gabe has been a vol lean for a while now, yet nothing he has ever said would lead us to believe that. He's been very strong on Auburn for most of his recruitment, and even recently said Auburn is way out in front, and barring something unforeseeable, that's where he is going. Who knows.
