Some fans are making their presence known at the Titans game tonight. Took me a second to get what they were saying but the "WE WANT GRUDEN" people just won't die... Hahaha.. It was almost a hush just so you could hear them chanting his name.. And The Titans coach was just shaking his head like "shut the efff up people... LOL.... It was quite hilarious...

Everyone that isn't a regular poster on VN will assume they were Jets fans chanting.

They are wanting Gruden to couch the Titans, not the Vols (that ship has sailed). There are a lot of Titans fans who are unhappy with Munchak.

There are handicapped in every fan base... Munchak has not performed below realistic expectations, given the lack of talent at WR, OG, C, DT, MLB, SS, having an inexperienced 1st year starting QB, and absolutely no semblence of a power running game... Anyone that thought Munchak would have the Titans competing for one of the top seeds this year in the playoffs is mentally retarded...

Injuries + young players + early tough schedule + bad coaching = a season to forget.

Vince Young set the Titans back in a way that is similar to Dooley's damage done to the Vols.

I'll never forget how Norm Chow insisted multiple times not to draft VY and the org did anyways. He could barely make a half-field read in college.

Gruden's stock is through the roof right now and that is being used to it's fullest advantage, by HIM. If he leaves that MNF booth, it will only be for a job with a very low probability of tarnishing his perceived status. I don't see the Titans as that job, or the Vols.

Likely it'd take one of the bigger legacy teams, or a big market (NY, CHI, possibly LA if it comes up in the next few years) team...maybe a combination of both

Not defending young, but Norm also wanted us to take Matt Leinart instead
