I cannot be home or in front of a television today, and just found out the cable provider app needs to be connected to the home network. Any way to live stream TV on an iPhone? Thanks.

I do it via ESPN Player - ( ESPN player.com ) you could try and get a day pass. although it may be a European only service. They have an iPhone app...

I have Comcast and use the Watch ESPN app for most games when I'm away from home. Today's game is on CBS so it can be streamed through cbssports.com. The ESPN app requires you to enter your Comcast username and password. Not sure about CBS.

This is the best advice. Just be careful to note that streaming an entire football game over cellular data will chew through the data big time.

Download the CBS Sports app. That's how I usually watch if I can't it on the WatchESPN app. I checked and it's playing on the CBS Sports app currently.
