We used to cook it nearly right out of the water and it was still moving when it went in the pan. I believe that is dolphin.....think it was in the post or video. Never had one do that though.It's really good would be 1 reason. The quweershton is, why wouldn't you?
Im not sure that is hogfish in that video but it could be. I've also never had it jump around like that when I've been fortunate enough to get my hands on one, that I'm aware of, but that too is possible.

The fish jumping has something to do with it being fresh and salt and heat and aluminum foil and the spinal cord or possession. And I ain't eating no frog or squid or oysters or mountain oysters.It's really good would be 1 reason. The quweershton is, why wouldn't you?
