Why would I ?
It's really good would be 1 reason. The quweershton is, why wouldn't you?

Im not sure that is hogfish in that video but it could be. I've also never had it jump around like that when I've been fortunate enough to get my hands on one, that I'm aware of, but that too is possible.

@Behr I’vee been so busy and preoccupied trying to sort through everything getting ready to leave and hopefully find a new house to buy where I’m moving to, I haven’t made the time to find good ginger and turmeric. It’s on the agenda this week though. I’ll let you know first when I try it and give you my thoughts after a week or two if I notice any difference. Curbing my appetite would be awesome.

Also, switching gears, fish tacos are incredible. Soft corn shell, cole slaw, and a little sriracha Mayo. Good eatin right there.

Meh.

A good piece of fish wasn't meant to be stuffed in a tortilla covered in slaw and finished with a hot spicy mayo. That's why most places don't do that.

But, that's just an opinion from someone that feels the same way about lobster mac.

Good luck with the house hunting, poor ole Mal and HBPW ain't had much luck.

Amazing! In about 18 days it will be 4 years since my chow chow "mission". It seems like it was just a few months ago. That's crazy. 1613510188721.gif

We used to cook it nearly right out of the water and it was still moving when it went in the pan. I believe that is dolphin.....think it was in the post or video. Never had one do that though.

Right out the water is pretty much the only way you will get it.

I'd believe it was until I zoom in and Look close at the meat. I didn't hear anything in the video and I looked for comments and didn't see any. Idk.

I've had frog legs do that all the time, but never experienced a fish doing that.

The fish jumping has something to do with it being fresh and salt and heat and aluminum foil and the spinal cord or possession. And I ain't eating no frog or squid or oysters or mountain oysters.
