For the first time in my life, I've redirected my studying, knowledge and overall attention from how to make it the best it can be at all costs, to how can I make it the best it can be...and healthy. Not as easy as it it seems, for me anyway. So many things go against everything I've done in the past. Not to mention how everything is different, some subtle and some night and day, since quitting smoking. Blah blah blah.
There's also some medical issues that are motivating some of my choices. I won't go into detail because I don't like talking about it but I keep a daily log and one of the 13 columns is BM with the time of day. In March I went 11 times. So there. Alot of my diet is centered around that. It gets frustrating trying to plan meals that can aid that, taste good and help me move towards my goal of weight loss. I still have about 25 more pounds to go.
Breaking old habits like..."just add more butter" are hard to break...(Shout out to Bocephus).
My biggest obstacle right now, and always has been, seems pretty simple but I'm having so much trouble with, but it would make everything so much easier. Drink more water.
# 1 challenge for me out of all of it. Drinking more water. It's harder than quitting smoking for me.
Anyway, that's the short version. Lulz. Any questions I'll be glad to answer either out of curiosity or to be of help.
**Ill leave the details out, but Im happily obligated to say My spiritual journey has made any and all of it possible and successful.
