Shrimp is delicious. I add it to my taco bowls, stir fry, I’ll get a pound of it anytime I’m cooking fish. It goes with so much.

Mayonnaise? Not so much

That's one of many choices that depends on my mood. Right now Id rather have a grilled pimento cheese with tomato.

I made the staff, that many had never had one, fried bologna sammiches once. We had peppers in oil and smoked Gouda with BBQ sauce on them. They were menu worthy.

The last few years I lived in Memphis I was on a BBQ team for Memphis in May - I drank and ate and had nothing to do with the grilling and smoking. One year we put a whole Bologna in the smoker, it was fantastic.
