We went Santa Fe chicken salad tonight.
I found a chicken seasoning at TJ maxx that tasted just like the fajita chicken. So I went 50/50 ranch salsa and shook the salad kit in a bag. Crunched up tortillas on it. Scoop of sour cream, scoop of guacamole and a quick half assed pico.
Put the chicken on and it was surprisingly good. Pretty close to the menu actually. Now Red is on my ass wondering why I haven’t been making this before.

I’m probably going to take a shot at fajitas tomorrow. lol

I had to Google TJ Maxx. I've obviously heard of it but I wasn't sure what type of store it was.

I found a good deal on roasted granulated garlic at Big Lots once. First and only time I'd been there.

It’s funny because Applebees had those spice packets to try and keep that stuff secret. But you can get it at a wholesale outlet.

Saw something tonight I haven't seen on a long time, zagnut candy bar, had to get one. They're nit as good as a reeses cup candy bar, but dey good.

made stuffed bell peppers with my fiance' last night.

ground turkey, mater's with chili pepper, cauliflower rice & veggies, and plenty of cheese.

cooked up the fillings while the peppers went in the oven with olive oil and salt. put a spoonful of filling in, layer of cheese, more filling, then more cheese, until stuffed.
