Nice. I haven't seen postgame celebrations like that since Bruce.
If we make the NCAAs and especially if we win a game there, CCM will be viewed as a coach whose teams peak at the right time. If we miss the field, he will be viewed as a coach whose teams don't start playing until it's too late.
I've been hyper critical of Martin this season.
Part of my criticism has been his laid back approach to the game.
Martin possesses one natural instinct that many coaches never get. He knows how to get his teams to peak at the right time.
Something else he has shown in his development is that he's learning the importance of carrying intensity to the road.
With that and other progressions this season we may be watching a young mediocre blossoming into a good future coach.
If he doesn't make the tourney, one might say Martin possesses the ability to coach up his kids too late for it to matter.
