If Russell plays , he will keep the hoggs in the game whether they like it or not.

Look what he did for us and Florida(fumbles and int's), if not for him we would have been blown out and the gators would have lost.

I am interested to see if the much hyped LSU defense can stop McFaddon.

Here is what needs to happen:
LSU beats Arkansas
Arkansas beats UF
USC beats ND
Cal beats USC
Ohio St./Mich blows out Ohio St./Mich.
Rutgers wins out

Rutgers plays for the National Championship!!!

That would definatly be nice, it just seems like LSU is set on beating AR....I think it will be a good game, but it being in War Memorial and the chance of a NC game on the line I think McFadden will light it up and show what he is capable of...and if by chnce they can stop McFadden we can always stretch the D with Monk or run past them with Felix

I have to agree with ya'll about JR. At times he appears genius but then stupid plays = loss.I remember reading on this board from several of you that when you saw Jr. take the shot to the head in the first quarter of the ut vs lsu game that you thought you were in trouble because that meant that you had to face matt flyn.

Don't take me wrong as an athlete, he is a man among boys, but he makes stupid mistakes to often to be as experienced as he is.

No I think Ark wins this one, but if they have a bad day(happened to me once ever happen to you?) JR will keep you around.

As long as Miles is on the sidelines, I will give any opposing team a chance, but LSU is the fastest team that I have seen in person in years.

I wish this game would mean more. Arkansas already has their ticket to Atlanta punched. This leads me to believe they might take it easier than they normally would.

Except there is that motivation that we could possibly go to the National Championship. If USC loses to Cal this weekend you can bet that we will be pumped for the LSU game!

Arkansas is definitely the better of these 2 teams! I don't know if they will want the win as much as LSU will want it but probably will want to win out now and get into the NC game if possible.

True, I was still thinking in terms of Arkansas being ranked around 12th or 13th. That should be close enough to where they keep playing full tilt. Combine that with playing at home and the QB of LSU, I really like the Hogs' chances.
