What is wrong with the team? I want to get a pulse and see what everyone says.

I have a feeling that Bruce has gotten word of his likely punishment and has since lost the fire and motivation. The team is likely feeding off that desolation and paying with little emotion and heart. Looks more like a group of individuals playing right now than the team that was thumping Pitt and Nova. JMO

IMO, we have no one who can take over a game, or will take one over. Talent is there but no true leader by example. No penetrators. Trying to use too many players. No inside presence. Inconsistent shooting, from the field and the line. I'm not buying the talk that the hammer is about to be dropped by the 'AA as a reason for lack of focus....yet.

through the last 4 games, the defense is averaging only one more opposing point. so, it is clearly the offensive player.

Ok free throws when it matters losing by 1..The offense is just horrid during the last few games.

They haven't had a strong first half lately. Whatever they do before the tipoff is not preparing them to play.

A more intense, focused warm up might be one missing ingredient.

Exactly. If we could get this team to go harder in layup lines, we may not lose another game.

Then that's the problem. Spending too much time focusing on layups and other fundamentals.

The team is a direct reflection of his demeanor and body language. When you bring up in a halftime interview on ESPN that you are working without a contract it pretty much tells you where Pearl's head is. Vey sad situation that needs to come to a head sooner rather than later.

With the success in the beginning...now the "slump", I say that other teams have figured out how to play us. We don't have many offensive threats, and we run hot/cold with the few we have.

Luckily, we have a lot of season left to get better.

They are a hard working team. They are just working on the wrong things and not working on playing together as a team. Oh, and I think Pearl has lost their respect.
