This list is of player who have the potential to grow into really good players and play in the NBA. This is not an evaluation of current production on the court.

1. Moore- Fr- He is quick, can jump, has good strength, by far best athlete on the team. As he gets older will be better offensively. reminds me of Scotty Pippin.

2. McRae- best offensive player on team. needs to get stronger and learn to play better defense.

3. Richardson-real good defender and gives great effort. offense needs to develop.

4. Reese- Good shooter but rest of game needs developing. must get stronger and put on 15 lbs. but he has good quickness.

5. Maymon- good all around player and a good leader. But is about as good as he can get.

6. Stokes- very average Athlete. He is strong!!! but he is not very tall, not quick, not a good leaper, and not a good shooter. Might develop some but do not see him becoming a pro in basketball.

7. Golden- the guard version of stokes as an athlete. can shoot but is not consistent.

8. Yemi- Great Heart and effort!!! But he is not a very good Athlete and does not have a lot of upside offensively. He plays pretty good defense.

This is a good and accurate evaluation.... Stokes is most disappointing of all- everything you said plus he has no low post moves and can't play face up/has no short to mid range shot. He's only ever gonna be a complimentary player...at collegiate level only.

1 - 5: I agree.

6: Not sure we know how good he can be. I think he is in the midst of a sophomore slump. Will know more next year.

7: Has played better. Not sure what his problem is. May indeed be lack of athleticism.

8: I think his problem is still inexperience, not athleticism. I could be wrong, but think he has a world of upside. May not have enough time to develop it, though.

Not sure about the Pippen reference, and I say that as the biggest Scottie Pippen fan there ever was.

Moore reminds me more of a DeAndre Liggins. A guy who was brought in as a PG, but became a jack of all trades type player and ended up playing more of an undersized forward. Decent ball-handler, an ok shot, pretty good defender, good rebounder, and a helluva an athlete.

Honestly, Trae Golden's potential is so explosive. If he could unlock it, he could easily be an NBA player.

Haha I know school was cancelled today Trae, but get off the internet and go to practice

lol

if trae was quicker, had better ball handling skills, passing skills, decision making skills, and shooting skills, he could be a serviceable back up PG in the NBA

I think Yemi has greater potential for the NBA than Trae. You can't teach size and hustle. If Hamed Haddadi can make a million dollars, then Yemi can come close. Although, Hamed actually has a decent game- better than you think.

Trae is just too slow. I am guessing he just too physical in HS, and that is how he scored. But, in college, you can be quick, physical and quick, but not just physical. That is the problem with Stokes, too. Guys are so athletic these days that they can just out jump you.

McRae has a chance if he can just work on his handle. His shot has vastly improved, and his athleticism is off the charts. He would probably be a 2 in the NBA at his size.
