Dwight Miller is better than Kenny Hall. I believe we will see more of Mr. Miller the rest of the year and rightfully so after the Ole Miss game. I know Kenny was coming around before he got suspended but Im ready to watch Miller play 15 to 25 minutes a game.
I would love to hear what everybody else thinks? Fire away!

but thats the only game he has got to play in besides the Oakland or Charleston game where he had 13 in the 1st half and didnt play in second half! I guess I have jumped on the Miller Train! I like what I see out of him, a hard worker, rebounder, and a beast down low!

Either it's crystal clear who the better player is or you're calling CCM an idiot...

There's a reason milner was on the bench and it wasn't his hustle, it's his lack of defense and Kenny's defense being 100x better.

Please remember our coach cares all about D, he doesn't care about O, this is why tatum has continued to see major minutes.

Hall is a good 2" taller than Miller. And sometimes height trumps talent in the post. When/if Hall comes back he will get playing time because he adds length to an otherwise undersized front court.

Miller definitely has the better offensive arsenal and goes after the ball, rather than staring at it.
I assume D has been keeping him out.

I do think if Miller continues his good showing, and buys into the D we will see lots of him.

With that said, if Kenny is reinstated I don't expect CCM to just give him his spot back. So I'd guess Miller will get more than his fair chance to earn that 3rd spot.

Believe I will take Hall over Miller. Hall is taller with long arms, which helps against tall centers as well as on drives to the basket where he can alter shots. He has played enough now to be a good role player. The jury is still out on Miller and there is no way he can handle a competent center on D. He is more of a mobile PF.

does miller remind anyone of Chism?

In that he popped out for 2 3's it was very reminiscent of chism. I'm curious to see if that's something Miller continues to be able to do though.

I'm gonna let the kid finish out the year and then make a call on him, 1 gane isn't a big enough sample IMO.

anyone wanting to know why miller wasnt playing more, or if he's better than hall, look no further than tonights game film.

got lost on defense a few times, and couldnt keep up with his guy, as a result only saw 8 minutes.

clearly his offense isnt what many thought either after the ole miss game, his jumper was ugly tonight. most of his offense will come from put backs, thats just the type of player he is. perfect example why we shouldnt jump to reaction, and give the guy a chance to prove himself before making comparison.

People, the comparison was between Hall and Miller not Miller and Michael Jordan! Does anybody not remember how bad Kenny Hall was until 3 games before his suspension!!! HELLO! Yeah Miller has only had 2 good games this year but he has only played in 5 games! He works hard and brings it all every night! He has not been negative one time all year and his teammates love him! As far as K. Hall, works hard when times are good, has off court issues and apparently is not a team player! (maybe my opinion but it shows during games.) Please realize that the comparison is between Hall and Miller! And remember that less than a month ago nobody on this board liked Kenny Hall now everybody loves him? I dont understand you guys!

plain and simple...

Kenny's D is up here------

and

Millers D is down here------

when you're playing for a defensive minded coach thats all that really matters.
