Living near Charleston, SC I go to several College of Charleston baseball games a year. I have tickets for Saturday to see them play #19 UC Santa Barbara. Now that they are both ranked it should be a good game but of course I'm always checking the score for the Vols while I'm at the game.

Florida swept Texas A&M to regain that #1 ranking. They clearly look like the best team right now not only in the SEC but overall. Having said that, we really have as man as 6 SEC teams that could make it to the CWS.

I'm not saying that we will get 6 teams from the SEC to the CWS but we do have that many that are capable depending on matchups come Regionals & Super Regionals.

The only two SEC clubs I've seen play so far in this young season besides our Vols, are Vandy & SC And From what Ive seen from these two, its not that big of a jump at all from #2 through #8. Both teams look loaded again this season with more than good enough pitching to carry them far into the post season. I know SEC hardball doesn't get the attention and ratings like football or basketball, but theres some big time BB being played down south in the SEC!
