Dale Carter's kickoff return against Florida wasn't in the rain. Mose Phillips had a great catch and run for 6 against Florida in a monsoon in '92.

Shouldn't be hard to find video of Dale fumbling a punt or kickoff either.....Does anyone remember Dale fumbling the opening kickoff of the Fiesta Bowl against Penn State and then getting into a cussing match with Majors after he fumbled a punt?
