Some goofy CNN reporter/anchor said it was courageous and brave to attack a police station and is now backtracking so fast you can hear the beep, beep, beep

I wonder who that was? The story broke in the wee hours of the morning and by that time CNN is typically using it's UK crew.

I think everybody understands that people choose the wrong words on live TV every once in awhile, but that's some of the craziest stuff I've ever heard.

If you watch it the other nuts part (and she's not alone on this) is she's just making up theories about how many people might be involved and since it covered 18 miles surely that mean more people were involved.

Same thing happened with the escaped dudes in NY - anchors just making crap up even when the "expert" they brought in is telling them that's not the way it is.

I think she's a victim of her own ad-libbing, "trying to add too much drama".
