First I've heard of this, but is this something that would interest him? I mean normally of course PSU is a top destination, but with all the heat going on right now, would he take it?( If this is true)

Whats the appeal of Mullen? He only has one winning season. He's 1-6 this year in the SEC.

There won't be any NCAA penalties, at least none that I could think of

Is he qualified for that job? Does he know enough pedophiles to fill his coaching roster?

Isn't the NCAA investigating now? I thought I heard they were looking into LOIC.

I really don't think they'll be able to apply any NCAA rules to this without taking serious heat, but I could be wrong. The NCAA is out of control, so who knows.

I just don't understand why the NCAA feels the need to look into that situation. I have heard nothing that is close to their authority. They have plenty of other things to deal with than this.

I agree wholeheartedly. This issue is for the legal system and the school.

LOIC is going to be easy to get most likely if they find the AD and the school knew about this and did nothing about it. Kind of Jim Tressel knowing the kids were getting tattoos and did nothing, except in this case it's the coaches instead of the players breaking the law.

There are no rules defining a coaches eligibility outside of the NCAA framework. I guess that's coming next. A coach that breaks the law and their school vacates wins! Mind your own business NCAA!

And much like Tressel not doing anything about it, the NCAA followed suit, & did the same thing. Nothing.

Those players were breaking NCAA regulations. Sandusky was breaking state and federal law. Not the same, and the NCAA should not try to exert their authority where they are not needed.
