Tilman Fertitta ain't gonna be happy about this but he is well connected to the New Orleans Mafia so they will get him really good seats to LSU games.

IIRC, Dana was basically run out of WV on a rail. He's nothing special as a coach. But maybe my perspective is off.

DH at SwampSkeeter U doesnt frighten me

Holgerson is essentially Mike Leach. Won’t ever have the talent to win really big, but will beat anybody on any given day if overlooked. One of these type guys is unprecedented at a place like LSU though, where the talent comes to you. Could be interesting. Would definitely be fun.

He was run out of WVU because he couldn't pull in Florida recruits like Rich Rod could. Give him the access to Florida talent that Gator can pull in and things could change. See what he has done at UH with Metro Houston talent?

WVU is highly dependent on Florida recruits and was the strongest proponent of adding UCF to the BIG XII.

Saw him the other night in one of their games. He went ape 💩 over a call. Absolutely lost it and got a 15 yard penalty and didn’t stop. Pretty embarrassing for a grown man. Made one of Mark Stoops’ tantrums look mild.

Holgerson is Leach-like in terms of his offensive philosophy.

Holgerson lacks the personality of Leach though.

Hard to really dislike Mike Leach in all honesty. Dude is hilarious and has a personality in an age where most HC's are pretty buttoned up.

Holgerson comes off as a cross between an angry drunk and that weird uncle who most people keep their distance from at Thanksgiving.
