Dane Bradshaw....what happened?

I use to love listening to him on the sports channel once a week, him and Hubbs got me thru the week.

But this year he's gone. Seems like Pancratz replaced him?

At the games I see him in a suit with a mic, but who's he covering the game for?

And he use to put on a basketball camp here in Knoxville. A guy at work sent me the below link and we were both going to take our 5 year olds to the '13 camp...but the site was taken down and no news of upcoming camps. My buddy at work even challenged me to compete against him in the parent Hot Shot Shoot Out (@5:43 on the below video), but it never happened.

He works for Thunder Thornton now marketing real estate in Jasper. He gets on local radio in Chatt once a week. Dunno about camps.

He is on sport talk in chattanooga often. He would be an awesome full time host. I'm sure his pay ceiling is higher with thunder though.

Bradshaw would make a good assistant coach if he decides to pursue that avenue in the future.

I don't know Dane personally but I always thought he was the type of player that could easily transition into coaching. The prototypical "smart" player who used angles and his head to gain an advantage because he was at a disadvantage athletically.

He was always good with the media and has a personality that I thought would have lend itself to recruiting.

But I also understand that making $22k per year starting out is not ideal with long hours and no promise of climbing the ladder. Oh well.

You believe only a small minority believes he won't be back? Not want him back, but actually think it will happen?

I believe it's much bigger than you think. There's a huge difference between wanting him back and believing it will actually happen.

And you base that on what? Reputation? I've met him a couple of times and was not impressed and I've never heard good things about him regarding professionalism and integrity....but again I don't know him...

Lets just say my family and I know him personally and have worked with him. He is a big booster and gives a lot to UT, so that is good, but he will screw you over in the blink of an eye for his gain....... Corker is a big booster too, but he is a good guy.
