I have always liked Dane Bradshaw. It sounds like he really showed himself a team player today.

He does that every game. He leads the team in rebounding and is strong as a bull. He isn't out of his element playing in the post.

How about Jujuan Smith coming off the bench and hitting 4 bombs from la la land?? That was nice pick me up. :matrix:

We can't leave out CJ either...

17 points, four assists, three steals and only one turnover in 35 minutes is worth a mention... :matrix:

It was a great effort by all of our guys today. It's good too see our mens team leaving it all on the court every game and remaining undefeated!

No, it's bad. Pearl has just been very smart with his substitutions and is getting help from unlikely guys in Howell and Childress.

But even with depth and foul trouble, we managed to keep the lead. That says something to me.

I'm starting to think our depth problem is becoming a strength rather than weakness. Guys are taking advantage of major PT every game and playing well. We are getting help from guys that want it more than the opponent when they get in the game. Ryan Childress and Screech look like they know what they're doing when they get in.

It's interesting that Dane has done so well under Coach Pearl. What I've noticed most about Coach Pearl's approach to the situation he was handed is, he tries and puts you in the beat position to suit your talent. Dane never really looked comfortable outside the three point arc. He seems to be able to get down inside and kinda get lost among all the trees in there, until the ball arrives, then he puts a big rearend on you and gets the rebound. Just a good hamburger and cold beer kind guy. Doesn't look like much, but sure fills the need. :twocents:
