With Steve Biscotti and the rest of the big money at Maryland firmly in his corner, Gary Williams is extremely safe.

He's probably holding out for the Duke job. Why risk getting off to a rough start at Virginia,struggling for a few years in the ACC, and potentially damaging his stock, when he already has Oklahoma at a conference championship level.

Jeff Capel is not welcome back in Durham. He played on one of the worst Duke teams in recent memory (1995) and was never a protege under Coach K. I'm positive Johnny Dawkins will be the next head coach at Duke if K has any say.
