I got lucky enough to get tickets to the 500 and recieved pit passes. I know unless Jeff Gordon wants to let me stand on his hauler I will not see the whole track.:) sucks.
On Feb 11 I get to go watch my uncle do the Richard Petty experience at Daytona. He is doing the one where you get to drive the car should be fun.

My sister did something similar a few months back in Charlotte. Said it was fun but scared the beejeezus out of her.

My wife and kids gave me a Richard Petty driving experience as a Father's day gift a few years ago. I got to drive 8 laps, the best gift I have ever received. Fine Vol, your uncle is in for a thrill. Anyone that enjoys racing should go drive one.

A good friend bought one for his wife in LasVegas. She had the fastest time of anyone! Said it was the most fun thing she had ever done.

I drove race cars and raced some girls and there are some really ballsy and drive great.

I raced enduro karts at Mid-Ohio, Waterford Hills, Pocono, and IRP. There were several girls that did quite well. Their size didn't hurt either.

In my case a disadvantage. I ran in 2 or 3 classes, and was over the min. wt in 2 of them by as much as 35 lbs. Doesn't sound like much, but equal to about 3 to 4 hp, and when you only have about 40-45hp it is meaningful.
2 classes had min. wt of 300lbs another 325.
