Slade is retiring at the end of the year, which will leave a vacancy at the DB coach poisition. If CPF is willing to think outside the box, our secondary could be lethal next year. Anyone have any suggestions?

Scott Lakatos- Scott Lakatos is the DB coach at UConn which currently ranks 3rd in pass defense in the nation behind only Miami and Virginia Tech, and 2nd in pass efficiency Defense. In 2004 with a secondary which was mostly sophmores UConn was first in the Big East in pass defense and in the top 20 nationally. Before he was at UConn he was the DB coach at Rutgers when they were second in the Big East in pass defense behind only Miami. He is one of the best DB coaches in the country.
