I know he has "character issues", but the guy is going to be a beast in the. He would likely even be invited to draft day had he not messed up off the field (maybe a stretch).

Nevertheless, he has potential to be a star receiver in the NFL and will be an absolute steal. Hoping the Colts snag him to eventually replace Reggie

You may be right but they don't have a 2nd rounder unless they trade out of their first round pick.
