A great coach is a teacher, positive motivator, role model who is respected for their actions, someone who can get his knowledge in the heads of his players every time. He/she has the ability to reach any type of player on his/her level.

A great coach is a warrior, a General motivator, and mostly a teacher. If your players have heart and a warriors instinct then all a coach has to do is instill knowledge in these young men's brain.

TN has no shortage of talent our loses are a product of mental errors. IMO
