Beating several bigger schools with a really small budget. FSU may be calling soon

Yup, I think he'd be dangerous at FSU. Kids want to play for him, kind of like if Jordan went back to coach UNC basketball. His success would depend on what his staff would look like.

I believe he would have major discipline problems at FSU. Tallahassee is 100% about the 'Noles and they get away with tons more than whatever happens to make the papers. Deion would find it difficult within a short time I believe.

I think this would be the one major concern at FSU. I think if things lined up perfectly he could have FSU back and better than ever and even in the Bama status. Kids LOVE Deion and WANT to play for him. He loves the FSU brand and can sell it with some huge names added to his staff. The lack of coaching "big time CFB" would be another big concern.

Some merit to this, but it begs the question if his ego will allow him to turn it over to big-time coordinators, like Orgeron did at LSU in '19? I have my doubts and as another poster said, it might well be an early Christmas present to the rest of the ACC and FU.

I dont think he would be a good fit for power like Florida State yet. Yes he is out recruiting some decent schools. If he gets a couple 4 stars at a school like Jackson and loads rest of roster as usually would get. Recruiting rankings love 4 star aspects over a more balanced roster of 3 star recruits. He can land a couple kids with alot of offers that likely academically cant get in at bigger schools. He needs 1 more stepping stone job imo before a school with as much prominence as FSU.
