Five-star defensive back Demar Dorsey refused entrance by Wolverines
ESPNU 150 safety Demar Dorsey of Boyd Anderson (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.), who signed with Michigan in the Class of 2010, will not be admitted to the school and has been released from his letter of intent.

Dorsey (6-foot-1, 180-pounds), the Big Ten's highest-rated recruit according to ESPNU, had been committed to Florida since his junior year, but parted ways just before National Signing Day. He then chose the Wolverines over Florida State and Southern California.

Despite meeting the NCAA's standards to play football, Michigan was troubled by Dorsey's past legal issues.

Looks like UF would've been perfect for him!

That 5 star rating is for physical ability. The recruiting services do not try to evaluate a players heart or character.

Under Dooley guidance he could become a fine young man and player. We need to extend an offer to him asap. Someone get me his contact info, I'll get the process started....

Kiffin will take him out at USC. Oh, wait a minute, he won't have enough scholarships left to offer him.
