How much are we going to see of him this year? Personally, I think he should be starting the first game. But I've also heard that Coach Cutcliffe would like to get him in on a few offensive plays.

Losing Fellows might be a blessing in disguise because Cornerback is where Morley needs to be. There is a reason he was rated so highly there and everyone wanted him so bad at corner, not safety. Leave it to Tennessee to try to take corners and make them safeties more than anyone else. haha They usually do a reasonable job swapping people around back there, but this is one guy that belongs at Corner. Being there as the 3rd corner will ease him back into it and his speed is utilized alot more than at safety as well. Antwan will be okay back there and it's good that D.Mo got the work he did because he's there just in case. Falling back into rhythm at corner shouldn't be a problem for him beings that's what he's always played. I think if he stays healthy and he does indeed play as the 3rd corner, he'll end up taking the starting job from Inky by seasons end and they'll flip/flop their positions. He's a top notch player that needs to break out. You don't have to worry as much about assignments at corner as you do safety, which is what some of the knock was on him last year.

The offense play has probably been put to rest with the injury to Fellows. They can't afford to take that risk and with as many possible playmakers that we have on offense, especially with the emergence of Quintin Hancock, they should keep Morley where he is and give him a shot at returns.

i totally agree with 100% of what you said, NatVols.

we need a shutdown cornerback that can cut-off half of the field.

DeMo at corner?! man, that would rule.

Actually he was heavily recruited by many programs as a saftey, not just cornerback.

He played saftey in high school. The recruiting gurus were the ones who turned him into a corner.

people always recruit corners to play safety and safety to play corner. he played cornerback primarily in high school and like most top athletes in high school, he played multiple positions when needed.he played more safety his senior year than before. he was promised a chance to get on the field early, is what he was promised. he's said many times that he prefers to be at corner because it's his true position, but he just wants to play and will play where they put him. Fulmer has also been quoted as to saying that he's probably the best cornerback they have on the team, but they needed him at safety. i've had a rivals membership for awhile and followed morley's recruitment closely....

....from rivals...."Morley has the ability to close impressively on the football and also has solid coverage skills. His fram can make him one of the cross-corners also able to play safety."

"Pretty much every school I have talked to has told me they want me as a cornerback and not a safety. All of my offers are as a corner. They told me they like me as a corner because of my speed."

I dont care where they put him in the secondary as long as he is out there this year. I think he is do for a breakout year.

Ok so according to TCHFCATUTK, Hefney is at FS, Stewart is at SS, and Morley will sub for both or am I confused.

I think that all the Morley talk is because Stewart is out for the season with an injury.
