It would have been an even better play if he had done what he was suppose to do and just knock it down. Can you imagine if it had bounced off of him and straight to an LSU receiver?

I thought the same thing . . . I also could not believe that Russell threw that ball as far as he did. No way I thought he could get it all the way to the endzone.

Yeah, My bad on the INT call. I thought he came down with it, at the moment of leaping off the couch to celebrate i paid no attention to the official ruling. Still a great job of getting to the ball and keeping it out of the LSU WR hands. :thumbsup:

One of the announcers said he could throw from the fifty on his knees out of the end zone on the fly! That I gotta see!

Stewart has played better in every game this year but I think the real reason is because most coaches are hesitant to put a true freshman in the secondary. I fully expected Morley to replace Stewart after a few games but Stewart is getting better so far.
