In his first year at Tennessee, assistant strength and condition coach Herman Demmink is already making a huge impact on both current and former members of the Volunteer baseball team.

Once again, another hire of another former player (or assistant coach) with ZERO track record of success.

When did most of the athletic directors in the SEC start thinking of Jack Leggett as a successful coach?

Why does any AD ask Leggett or Tim Corbin their advise. When did either start making yearly college world series (or even winning their own conference.

I realize that Mike Hamilton has Clemson ties himself, but did he not see that Clemson was not even the most successful program in their conference or even in South Carolina.

Tennessee should not be the fall-back employer for all failed Clemson coaches or alumni.
