How far do you think the American people will let him take these hand outs to special interest?

i bet you anything if they did a poll that at least 70% of americans would have no idea that obama violated 100 years of us bankruptcy law by bypassing the bondholders and giving their interest to the unions to make their pensions whole. it got virtually no media coverage. in america's mind this was just another bailout just like the banks.

he will get away with it until their free money dries up. He wouldn't have the same support if 100% of Americans were paying taxes

One of the funniest things I've read in a while.

Just last week President Obama said there would be no more bailouts

Wonder what word he will use instead of "bailout"?

Uh, why (per Google News) is FoxNews the only site with that story?

It didn't even spell, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation correctly, by the way.

Interesting question.

Assuming the bill is real, why wouldn't this be a reportable story; particularly with the current mood of the country RE: govt. spending.

The bill was just introduced today.

Any fair-minded individual, regardless of political pursuasion, should be able to see the stupidity of this union pandering.

Labor unions take a great part in destroying the American auto industry, and they get bailed out by our tax dollars. Not to mention this administration is trying to shove unions down our throats in the construction industry. If you are involved in construction at a major level, you might know what I am talking about.

No way this even garners Democratic support... There are thousands of stupid bills introduced every year and this is just another.
