The 100m has some endurance component to it. That is where Bolt destroys the competition. The 40 yd is pure speed. I wouldn't be surprised if there were several athletes that could hang with or beat Bolt in the 40.

Chris Johnson being one. Denard.. I don't really know much about him, but sure, why not.

The 100m is pure top speed/technique. Bolt has those long legs that give him that insane stride to pull away on the stretch. So I would definitely believe there are sprinters that could be him in the 40.

Agreed. It takes him a bit to get going. He is usually middle of the pack for the first 1/3 to 1/2 of a race.

THIS! Bolt is a big guy it takes him some time to get that mass rolling but once his head comes up he leaves the field behind in his day, which is now done mostly. He's not what he was.
