The SEC argument is getting a bit shrill: There are three one-loss teams in the national championship discussion -- Michigan, USC and Florida.
Using the time-tested eye test, the Gators are clearly No. 3 in that group. Sunday's BCS numbers backed that up.
The final straw was Saturday's game. Florida let Florida State hang around way too long. The Gators' best running plays came off tricked-up do-dad gadgets from their backup quarterback (Tim Tebow) and freshman receiver (Percy Harvin). Their kicker couldn't win a halftime field-goal contest with free cell minutes on the line. Plus, they were beat up physically by the 'Noles.
Let's get this out of the way: Arkansas 24, Florida 13.
