Yeah, I read that. But her remorse is too little too late, the damage is done. He's flunked multiple drug tests too, in combination with the abuse allegations. Why subject a program to that PR hit and risk in this day and age?

I dont think its right for you to say that he allegedly beat his girlfriend when you know that the person who made the claim has retracted those statements. A good number of probably arent aware that she posted on her Instagram taking those things back.

For the other character flaws it might not be worth it. You have a coach trying to change the culture and somebody with Francois attitude might be counterproductive. He does have a huge arm and if things go bad you can always kick him off the team.

Just read that now her sister is saying her instagram was hacked and that wasnt hert who said she lied about him hitting her. Whole situation is crazy. Alleged is still probably the right word at this point but who knows where this story will end up.
