What do you mean it's not signed? Its clearly signed on page 4. Unless I just don't understand what you are saying.

Yeah, that's definitely is signature. He signed a cup for me at Longhorn during his first year. Looks exactly the same. Interesting to read what all goes into it.

So if Dooley signed his MOU 2 months AFTER he was announced, why would there be such a rush to get Gruden to sign one?

Yes. I just posted Derek's MOU as an example and the IMPORTANCE of an MOU.
Some insiders have stated the MOU has already been signed with Gruden.
Derek Dooley was under an MOU until March of 2010 and Cuonzo was under an MOU for 15 months or something crazy.
If Gruden signed an MOU, all this "candidate search" is smokescreen and is only for media.

They recently did a story on Cuonzos MOU and why it took so long to sign, and then the contract even longer, he was so busy recruiting and out on the road he just "didn't get around to it" lulz

In case it hasn't been covered already, IIRC an MOU is NOT a binding contract.
