Shocking to me, i know how the business works but for what he gave this community on and off the field, think they could have handled it a tad better.

It's sad, but inevitable. It's not just Brooks that gave to the community, Warrick Dunn was also extremely involved in the community. My "in-laws elect" are Bucs fans and season ticket holders and from what they have told me, no 2 players were more loved in that city than Brooks and Dunn. (and maybe the country duo as well.)

Definitely an odd move by Chucky, but I'm sure the front office in Tampa Bay will be behind his decision 100% since he won them a Super Bowl.
I also meant to add that it will be interesting to see how Gruden and the team address this situation in the draft and through free agency.
