As bad as their defense is you know he will not miss any significant time. Kiffin needs all the help he can get!

But there is only one USC....just sayin'. Just like there is only one UT, in the foothills of the Smokies.

For all who need a distinction. When referring to Spurrier's bunch, the preferred nomenclature is USCe.

I read the thread on CT about this. Most of them are defending him. I have a hard time defending someone driving under the influence. I would imagine he will be suspended for the first few games, which could include anywhere from ECU and UGA to ECU, UGA, Navy, and the Barn.

This isn't what we needed, but it never fails. We always have something happen between spring practice and fall practice.

You are saying we are the real UT because we have been around longer, correct? Well The University of South Carolina has been around longer than the University of Southern California...

South Carolina also has ONE (1) conference title.

USCe may have been around longer but they have never ever been relevant.

That's true, but people usually use the argument that Tennessee is the real UT because they have been around longer than Texas. I'm simply saying that that logic doesn't fly with the Southern California/South Carolina argument.

UT legitimately has a claim to that title. But the Trojans are always referred to as USC and the Gamecocks are always South Carolina. South Carolina is the real USC in the same way Toledo is the real UT.

If it weren't for Tennesseans, Texas would be a Mexican country.

Guess he's on strike 1 of about 6 or so. He's got a vandalism & 4 or 5 more drinking incidents to play with. He's good.

Funny how they forget that detail.

It's pretty convenient how they do. Every time I hear a person from Texas talking about how great their state is, I just say 'your welcome' and keep walking. They hardly ever know what I mean but if there are any Tennessee fans around, they usually do.

I've never been to Texas, but from what I've heard from people who have, there is nothing 'great' about Texas aside from it's size.

Being in Texas and living there are two different things. All the kids at my college that come from Texas have this over-inflated sense of state pride. They get annoying really fast.
