I have always said that I have a bucket list wish and promise to go the Final Four if we ever made it.
I know we must win two very tough games to get there.
But I will keep my promise if that happens.
lve been looking into the airplane rates and hotel rates in Houston.
As for tickets to games, it’s in a Dome so there should be some available even if they might be so high you can hardly see the court.
For me, it will just be the opportunity to see my Vols play in person on college basketball’s biggest stage.

anybody else make this promise to themselves?

Houston will be psycho if we make it.

Hell I think Saturday in the Garden will be absolutely Orange’d Out if we wind up in Elite 8

Beat Florida Atlantic!

Go Vols.
Exactly. I'm thrilled with what this team has managed in beating Duke and making the sweet 16, but I can't forget the past with this bunch. I still don't trust them. Having said that, this team is playing with house money with me from this point forward. Sure I'll be disappointed if we don't make the elite 8 given our opponent is FAU, but that's our history. For this roster to make it this far with ZZ on the mend has been great. Unexpected and a bonus to this season in my book. So I'm hoping for the best but as always expecting lucy to move the football on me yet again.

Haven't considered us going to Final Four, but looking at our bracket, if we play our next two games like Duke game, we could definitely be there...not going to double down on sweet 16, but if they win Thurs night, I'll be at the garden for Elite 8 game.

Exactly how I feel, the season is already a success beating Duke to get to the sweet 16 without Ziegler. Whatever happens next is just house money.

I really thought last year was the year we’d make a big run. We were clicking at the right time. Given the ending to this season, never thought we’d be in the sweet sixteen with a really good shot at the elite eight

Crazy thing here but my wife and I have planned for several months to go to Houston that weekend to visit daughter and grands but I hadn’t even thought about the Final Four. Never thought we’d have a chance to get there so I wasn’t really paying attention to the location. Don’t want to get my hopes up but I hope we are forced to change our Saturday schedule down there.

I'm not financially stable enough to make a promise like that, but am getting closer hopefully in 2-3 years I'll be there. And when I am, I'll for sure be there.

If my son can escape classes that Friday and Monday, then we will go. Hopefully we can make it as I’ve always wanted to see my Vols play in the final four and national title football game. We’ve been to bowl games and saw TN lose Vs Auburn in the SEC title game vs Auburn and LSU in football back in 2007.

So I will pay the freight as it’s a once in a lifetime experience and you can’t put a price on memories.
