Did anyone else see Kirk Herbstriet live on TV in the middle of the OK earthquake?

His face was priceless. Mid-Interview the quake hits and he looks like this live. I altered the picture a little bit, but you get the idea

Here's the video... his face was hilarious while Fowler was talking.

I dunno what's funnier, Fowler talkin' through the whole thing thinking he's so interesting he's keepin' his attention, or the look on herbie's face.

I imagine being in the upper deck of Neyland during an earthquake would be a relatively intense experience.

That earthquake was pretty impressive.
Definitely anyone awake knew it was an earthquake.

I remember watching it live. I thought he was having diarrhea.

haha great stuff! I'd probably throw the headset off and hit the ground or something.

I went through my first earthquake (not counting the little 2-point-whatevers of East Tennessee) a few weeks ago.

I probably looked a bit like that myself, and I wasn't trying to appear calm and collected on live TV.

I can promise you, your eyes do widen up a bit. :eek:hmy:

Living in the middle of the New Madrid fault line, it's scary to think of how big of a disaster it would be if a 6.5 Earthquake were to strike. Memphis would be in devastation. With an 8.0 or higher, Memphis would look like it was wiped off the map.

I have nothing but respect for Herbstreit. I'd have been under a table whimpering.

He's a few hundred feet in the air, next thing you know it's shaking. I'd be screaming like a girl.
