Former ESPN on-air personality Adrian Karsten was found dead in his Green Lake, Wisc. home on Friday. He was 45.
Police have not determined a cause of death but said foul play was not suspected. An autopsy is expected to be performed next week.
Karsten last worked at ESPN as a college football sideline reporter in 2003.
On July 8, Karsten was sentenced to 11 months in federal prison followed by nine months of home confinement, following his guilty plea to two counts of failing to file federal income taxes. Federal prosecutors alleged Karsten failed to file income tax returns for the years 1999 through 2002.
It is not known when Karsten was due to begin serving his sentence.
