If Hart made Dooley get Sal, then how do you fire him for doing what he had to do. Hope it gets worked out because I feel it is time for Dooley to go.

Easy. Dooley is responsible for the performance of the players and coaches.

The team has underperformed to say the least and Dooley has failed over 3 years.

Time for Hart to kick the trash to the curb.

The defense is just the most glaring problem this year.

Sal didnt put too many players on the field.
Sal doesnt call out his players and act like a teenager in press conferences.
Sal didnt let two timeouts sit with 40 seconds left and not take a shot.

This team is a reflection of their leader.

Hart is an incompetent AD. Tennessee Football is falling deeper and deeper into the crapper.

What do you have to back this statement up?

He is pigeon holed by a jackass in Cheek, and cleaning up Hamiltons crap.

He has a chance with this hire to turn it all around. At least he is pushing back and not taking it in the ass like Hamilton did.

Hart is the boss and Dooley isn't his hire. Regardless of how the Sal hire went down, fair or not, Dooley is his Hart's mulligan.

Who forced Sunseri on Dooley? I'm just lamenting at the fact that the whole situation is a mess, from Cheek to Hart on down... It's all one giant crap.

The assumption is Sal was forced on Dooley by Hart but I have never seen that as fact. Honestly if that is true its a problem in more ways that one. The AD should have the say in the HC but from there he needs to keep his nose out of it.

This year is looking better than last year! I don't understand hanging on to Dooley after year one. He was just a stop gap hire...nothing more nothing less:hi:

I'm sick of taking Alabama's leftovers. I'm going to go insane if Hart hires Kirby Smart...

Agreed. We need to distance ourselves from Bammer. In an attempt to become Bama East, We've become Kensucky South.....and I can't stand that thought....complete with everyone saying "Thank God BBall is coming up."

UT Should be Excited about BBall because we CONTINUE to take it to the SEC....Not because our Football Year was aboard the Dooltanic.

If hart made him hire Sal. His a$$ needs to go too.If he thought he would be a good Dcoord. then there is no telling what kind of new coach we will get.It would sums up Dooleys luck if this did happen. If so I hope he lets everyone know hart made that decision. But hopefully it was all Dooleys decision and he cost himself the job.
