Yesterday during a radio interview, Adams was asked what his takeaway from the Bama game was. He replied, " I learned that UT will not beat Bama again in my lifetime "
I hope is life insurance is paid up as he may have predicted his death sometime between today and the next year and a half.
He does have a valid point referring to where our program is and how difficult it will be to get it to where it will be competative with Bama as long as Saban is there. Then again, one could say that about most of the programs in the SEC and nation for that matter.
That was a stupid thing to say. I have defended Adams plenty, but that comment was flippant and ill advised. Why say that? Here is why-- given how poor the KNS is doing lately, it's probably a desperate attempt to gain some attention for his column. As we all know, KNS has started making folks pay and I guess they didn't get quite the number of subscribers the had hoped to get. If he is the best writer in Ktown, things are bad.
Who is John Adams in this case?

I hope is life insurance is paid up as he may have predicted his death sometime between today and the nex WHAT A WEIRD THING TO SAY. WE may be able to beat Bama in as little as 2 years, if we get a lot of breaks and turnovers.
