Did They Steal Nico's $?

Agreed. Not to distract from the thread too much, but I wish there would have been like a "life skills" course required in high school. Personal finances, filing taxes, simple cooking, sewing, changing a tire and oil, simple carpentry, gardening, stuff like that. Home Ec, Shop, and Finance all in one basically.

Edit to add: Sort of a "fill in the gaps" course. Not everyone is taught these things at home. Like for me, I could do basic mechanics stuff but I didn't know how to cook until I moved away from home and had to teach myself. My mother was a "get out of my kitchen" type lol, so I just never learned until post-HS.
Different strokes for different families. Not that your mom was wrong protecting her kitchen. She was likely of the generation where she valued her taking care of her family. Mine were of that generation, however Sunday nights after church was mom's night off. You taught yourself, or lived off corn flakes. Me and my borther can pretty well do anything. He just does moeny way better than me. I can and put up stuff from the garden. I have a wife only cause she's pretty. Oddly, my sis was the one who was never that great in the kitchen, and always had a pile of clean clothes the size of a mountain. Her philosophy was body heat would get rid of the wrinkles. I may not have been as forceful on my son, my only child, with these things. But, he did take it upon himself to learn. He's a good cook. He grows some things of interest to him in the garden. He can run the washer and dryer if needed. Just don't go into his room without insurance premiums paid up. Or expect the kitchen to be in order after cooking. He works part time, goes to college full-time. Got himself on a professors research project. Covers his tuition with loans after he pays what cash he has saved up. This is something he did on his own. He's bullish about it.

As for HS classes, mine had auto shop, drafting, home ec, personal finance, etc. My printed hand writing to this day is a result of that drafting class. But, I'd have loved to have had a teacher that did what yours did with the grocery store, etc. That was lacking. Then again, we were able to wander all over town at 12 years old, or walk home 4 miles after high school without fear of anything in a rather decent sized middle Ga town. It was truly a different life, and I'm in the early 80's HS generation, so not young, but not yet retireable.

Dude, that's collusion. I think Nico's family would have grounds for a lawsuit if the coaches were sharing information.
Or, Nico and family were attempting to induce coaches to “tamper”. Nico and family would lose and lose badly if they brought a lawsuit against Tennessee. Guaranteed Plowman, White and Heupel had their ducks all lined up in a row for any potential scenario, witnesses and phone calls included, before they played their hand. Daddy Nic is an amateur at this stufff. Our administration is not.
