It appears we are headed for round 3 and the NIT. We came out flat and could not throw it in the ocean even though we are on an island. Free throws and layups are points. Those must be made. I have supported CM and really thought this team has the talent to do some great things but until we take care of the fundamentals of the game we will be up and down all year and I think Martin will be out of a job. It is a 40 minute game not the last 5 minutes. Poor leadership and out of control play is just not acceptable. They need about a month of Bobby Knight in their face and maybe they would get with it.

I've sort of felt this way since last year, but I'm convinced now early in year 3 that he is not the guy to lead the program.

This. The substitutions are screwed up, minutes are distributed horribly, no adjustments at halftime, I could go on and on. I try to be a fair guy, but it's pretty obvious he's not gonna get the job done. At least I don't see anything that suggests he will.
